The details of the products and/or product specifications (color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of  GLM Group are of approximate values. GLM Group firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits ordered. With the actual outfit there may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are handmade, hence beyond our control. Even with utmost care and handling this problem persists and cannot be avoided. So, before ordering such items please keep these things in mind. We are at your service and it is our endeavor to provide you best product at all times. It is a privilege for having you as our customer.

COLOR

All color option offered on the website is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different  shades of a color under different light and medium. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, GLM Group will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, which is beyond our control. Kindly make sure that all the information required from you is correctly filled in all requisite forms. We will not be responsible for any problem / discomfort which may arise due to incorrect / false information by you.
