If an item you ordered from GLM Group does not meet your expectations, then write us or call us and we will happily try to assist you. We are dedicated at GLM Group to offer you the best quality in our products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

- Always email us first if you have a problem at our email info.vinaygoyal@gmail.com within 24 hours
- If refund provided then refund will be credited within 7 days.
- Please note that we do not offer returns. Exchanges are available subject to our exchange policy. All items to be returned must be unused.
- If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email or call within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed.
- Exchange product will be delivered within 7 days
- In case if you do not like the product which you received from GLM Group, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 24 hours.
- Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on our website before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any exchange.
