Shipping Policy
GLM Group guarantees to deliver product to all cities across India.The company is not liable for delay in shipping due to incomplete address listing. In the event of reshipment of the same order, customers will be liable to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.
To ensure safe delivery of all the products, the same is packed in waterproof and corrugated box. All orders at home are made within 3-5 working days approximately after dispatch of the shipment.
In case of the authorities of such places fail to accept the package, for any reason, R C Emporium will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account, nor shall the company will attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the customer shall necessarily mention the required delivery date on the gift message box when placing the order. If the order does not contain preferred delivery date, the package will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible. Since courier agencies do not deliver to P.O Box address, therefore, customers are requested to provide full address with pin code/zip code.
NOTE:
Billing address means where the customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address means the address where the order shall have to be delivered / dispatched.
Generally no deliveries will be made on Sundays. However, in case of emergency, solely at the discretion of R C Emporium delivery can be made on Saturdays.
SHIPMENT TIME
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided, which are merely indicative. Product may be shipped either earlier or later depending on the availability of product and other factors. In order to get an accurate estimated time of shipment, kindly email the order number or item codes. As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed with glm-group.com Expected shipment time is 7-15 days, all other factors being optimum.
TRANSIT RISK
All orders sent by R C Emporium are fully insured at no extra cost to customers. In case of loss of order while “in transit”, the company will re-process the order. However glm-group.com shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), if once the same has been delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order.
REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF POSTAL ADDRESS
Postal address as provided by the customer may be changed within 6 hours of placing of order and not later, by making the said request via email to sales@glm-group.com
READY TO SHIP SECTION
Ready to Ship Section is a special section that allows the customer to place a last minute order ensuring the delivery of the product within the next 5-7 days. In case the order needs customization, additional 7-10 days shall be required for delivery. This provision is applicable only to the specified products as listed under the “Express Section” of the website.
